What we collect

The site has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. The contact drafter runs entirely in your browser; the text you type is not transmitted to us or stored by the page.

Emails you send

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to improve our articles, and we keep it no longer than necessary, normally not more than 12 months. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
